Rajiv Ball is a Lecturer at the Haas School of Business and a Partner at THNK, the Amsterdam School of Creative Leadership (www.thnk.org).
At THNK, Rajiv runs the leadership program that helps build creative leaders that solve some of the world’s toughest societal issues. He is also responsible for in-company and open enrolment programs and also leads the geographic expansions of THNK.
Prior to working at THNK, Rajiv was a Partner at McKinsey & Company, where he worked for over a decade in the oil and gas and retail industries. Among other topics, Rajiv worked extensively with his clients’ support functions – including IT, HR and Finance – on strategic planning, benchmarking, cost reduction and service delivery optimization.
Before leaving McKinsey, Rajiv was Head of Leadership Development for the Firm’s 1,500 Partners globally. In this role, Rajiv was responsible for the design and execution of learning programs for Partners as well as for clients. Rajiv also serves as Faculty on a number of Berkeley MBA and Executive Education Programs, including Leadership Communications, Applied Innovation, New Manager Bootcamp and Advanced Manager Bootcamp.
