Manav Subodh joined Intel in January 2005 and works as a Global Manager –Entrepreneurship and Innovation. His main charters include working with governments, entrepreneurship ecosystem partners, young innovators and startups across 25 countries to provide leadership in developing an entrepreneurial ecosystem.
Manav is passionate about youth entrepreneurship and creating technology solutions for global challenges like energy, education and water. Under Manav Subodh’s leadership, in 2011, the Intel’s Global Program Office launched a new program- Intel Youth Enterprise. This program is now being launched in 10 countries including US. He is also the lead organizer of the Intel Global Challenge at UC Berkeley, which is now one of the largest global competitions focused on technology entrepreneurship. Manav represents Intel Corporation at various global entrepreneurship program advisory groups. He is an invited speaker on entrepreneurship at various universities and also sits on judge panels for numerous global startup initiatives. Before moving to the present global role, Manav has worked with Intel India and has led strategic programs with the governments on Broadband, Education and Green IT.
Manav has also worked as a Technical Advisor to the Intel India President in which he managed strategic relationships and devised an external engagement strategy for Intel India President’s office. He has led several public private partnerships (PPP) for various initiatives. Besides Intel, Manav has worked for other corporations in the software and telecom industry. He is an engineer in electronics telecommunication and has done his Master’s in Business Management.
