Overview

The Berkeley Advanced Global Management Program is a joint initiative between the Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley (UC Berkeley) and Nanyang Business School, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore (NBS, NTU). Held annually, this four-week full-time residential program consists of two-week segments held at UC Berkeley and at NTU.

Strong cultural intelligence is critical for leaders to develop their strategic leadership capabilities and deal more effectively with work situations characterized by cultural diversity. The course will focus on helping managers increase their self awareness, to develop their cultural intelligence further.  The aim is to help today’s leaders bridge the differences between East and West and integrate best business practices from both. The Berkeley-Nanyang collaboration provides a vehicle for leveraging the best faculty, teaching expertise, and research-based knowledge from each university.
