"The single finest inquiry into and review of past and contemporary leadership that I have encountered. The courses eclipsed pop cultural treatments of leadership, were steeped in data, and gave all of us a new understanding of leaders in general, but more importantly a customized assessment of our own styles, strengths, and opportunities to enhance our leadership value in the future."

—Todd Suntrapak, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Children's Hospital Central California

"Within the first hour I realized this program was highly practical. I was able to assess critical leadership skills and learn alternatives where I needed to grow as a leader. The methods and tools revealed the responsibility I have in everything that I do; intent becomes action via responsibility."

—Colin Black, Information Officer, MINDSPEED Technologies
