Boot Camp for Experienced Leaders

Go Inside the Program

Learning to manage people doesn't end just because you've managed teams in the past.  Every management situation has its own set of unique challenges, whether you’ve built your team from scratch or inherited an existing one.

From seasoned executives to new directors, the questions remain the same:

  • How do I continuously find ways to motivate and inspire my team?
  • How do I attract and retain top talent?
  • How do I resolve conflict and overlap within departments?
  • How do I set a strategy when the priorities of my organization constantly change?
  • Lead with Vision

Boot Camp for Experienced Leaders was created to meet the needs of more senior business professionals who are leading national or global teams, in a time of hyper-growth, where flexibility is the key to success.

Incorporating personal one-on-one executive coaching sessions, this unique course will help you become more self-aware, increase your personal effectiveness and, in-turn, improve the performance of the teams you manage.

Course topics include:

  • Influencing Skills & Persuasion Strategies
  • Coaching Your Team
