Leader as Coach

Leaders succeed when they can foster employee commitment towards achieving their business goals. Employee commitment is the key to superior performance. Leader as Coach is an intensive training workshop that prepares leaders to engage dynamic coaching strategies for building commitment and sustaining and fostering growth in their people. Participants will learn new ways of motivating and inspiring teams as well as providing one-on-one coaching to both emerging and current leaders within their organizations.

The Power of Dialogue

The primary focus of Leader as Coach is to build the skill set necessary for a leader to become an effective coach.  Coaching is a one-on-one conversation between leaders and peers or direct reports that utilizes the following skills:
