Creating and leading an innovative business culture

Innovation drives the modern enterprise. Entrepreneurial leaders of successful firms thrive on capturing and capitalizing on the opportunities created by new technologies, new markets, new customers and new ways of doing business. Our innovation program for high-level managers delivers the skills to galvanize opportunity, evolve new strategies, lead new initiatives and build "the innovative organization."

Over five days, distinguished Haas faculty team up with business leaders from prominent Bay Area companies to guide lively sessions that empower you with strategies and tools to lead an innovative organization. You will learn to use external influences -- such as changing technology -- as strategic opportunities to innovate. You will develop management techniques that efficiently leverage new ideas across your organization. The curriculum includes briefing by leading authors and practitioners, and is enriched by case studies of prominent brands in media, technology and consumer industries and features a live panel of Silicon Valley entrepreneurs.

" The Innovative Organization course is not for the faint hearted! It’s an intense immersive week of learning + collaboration + immense food for thought and exchange with the Haas faculty, global participants and diverse speakers. It was the right blend of knowledge and applicability that I can put into action right away in my role as a change agent. I would recommend the course to those looking for a good challenge and willing to stretch themselves.  "
