Andy Hinton

Andy Hinton is the Global Ethics & Compliance Officer and Associate General Counsel of Google where he leads the company’s efforts to identify and mitigate compliance risk and to nurture and expand upon the company’s core value of “Don’t be evil.”
Mr. Hinton joined Google in November 2006. From 2003 to 2006, Mr. Hinton was the Chief Compliance Officer at two GE Capital financial services businesses. From 1994 to 2003, Mr. Hinton was a federal prosecutor in New York City, focusing on white-collar crime.
Mr. Hinton is a 1989 graduate of Fordham School of Law, where he was a member of the Law Review, and a 1982 graduate of Harvard University, where he majored in Economics.
Mr. Hinton lives in Palo Alto, California with his wife, Joy, an accomplished securities lawyer, and their two children.

Fabiana Lacerca-Allen

Lacerca has had more than 20 years of experience working for leading American companies such as Bristol-Myers Squibb Company, Microsoft, Merck and AT&T.
She has established policies and oversight on key areas of compliance affecting internationals markets and she has been able to positively impact the perception of compliance creating compliance training programs and relevant standard operating procedures.
She has counseled and represented clients in a broad range of questions, including strategic business initiatives ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and corporate policy.
She was recipient of 1992 UCLA’s tuition waiver based on merit and recognition, and she represented UCLA in the Roscoe Foundation National Essay Contest submitting a paper on Global Warming.
Ms. Lacerca received her bachelor of law degree in 1989 from the Universidad de Buenos Aires. She obtained her LLM degree from UCLA in June 1993, obtaining the highest grade awarded on her thesis.

Jeremy Wilson

Jeremy Wilson is the Controller of the award winning Ethics & Corporate Policy Programs at at Cisco Systems where he oversees the strategy and implementation of Cisco’s Ethics Program including adherence to and enforcement of the Cisco Code of Business Conduct. Cisco was recently awarded the title of “Best Overall Compliance, Governance and Ethics Program” by Corporate Secretary Magazine.
Prior to joining Cisco, Mr. Wilson was the Director of Ethics and Compliance for Hilton Hotels Corporation in Beverly Hills, California where he was responsible for the over-arching Ethics and Compliance functions of the company.
Mr. Wilson began his Ethics and Compliance career at the Boeing Company in Seattle, WA as an Ethics Advisor working on both the commercial and defense contracting sides of the company. Prior to joining the Boeing Ethics group, Mr. Wilson worked in various areas of Boeing Finance including: Revenue Management, Accounting, Estimating, Contract Management and Procurement.
Mr. Wilson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business Management from Brigham Young University – Hawaii, a Juris Doctorate degree from Seattle University, and a Master’s degree in Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine University in Malibu, CA.

K.C. Turan

K.C. Turan is Blue Shield of California’s VP, Chief Compliance & Ethics Officer. In this role, he is responsible for building and leading Blue Shield’s Compliance & Ethics, Privacy, Medicare Compliance and Special Investigations (Fraud) programs across the enterprise. This encompasses regulatory compliance, Code of Conduct, corporate ethics, corporate investigations, privacy, fraud, anti-corruption, records management and Medicare regulatory matters, among others.
Prior to joining Blue Shield, K.C. was Dun & Bradstreet’s VP, Chief Compliance Officer & Chief Privacy Officer. K.C. previously worked for Countrywide Financial Corporation (now Bank of America), Ford Motor Company and Graham & James. K.C. has been recognized by the Ethisphere Institute as one of the “Top Compliance & Ethics Officers” and he has been named to Computerworld’s “Best Privacy Advisers” list. Blue Shield of California and Dun & Bradstreet have been named to Ethisphere’s “World’s Most Ethical Companies” list in each of K.C.’s years with both companies.
K.C. received a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania, a J.D. from Loyola Marymount University and an M.B.A. from UCLA. K.C. lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with his wife, daughter, son and two dogs.

Lori J. Dutcher

Lori J. Dutcher is Vice President, Compliance, Health Plan Marketing, Sales, Service & Administration (MSSA), and Compliance and Privacy Officer for the Northern California Region of Kaiser Permanente, a fifty billion dollar not for profit health care organization.
Ms. Dutcher‘s MSSA role includes a charge to support a programwide compliance infrastructure designed to identify and manage compliance risk within the MSSA organization [Health Plan Operations and Health Plan Service & Administration], including departments such as Sales & Marketing; New Product Development; Product Management; Actuarial, Pricing & Underwriting; California Service Center; Consolidated Service Center; Member Services Call Centers; and Claims for External Medical Services.
Ms. Dutcher also serves as the Compliance and Privacy Officer for the Northern California Region. In this role she is responsible for the development and on-going administration of the KFHP/KFH Regional Compliance Plan as an integrated component of the National Compliance Program.
Ms. Dutcher’s recent work has focused on building a culture of accountability and integrity in support of the organizations leadership. This includes measuring key attributes of an integrity culture and collaborating on strategic assessment and proactive management of integrity outcomes.
Ms. Dutcher earned her B.S. degree from College of St. Rose in Albany, NY, and her juris doctor from Western New England College of Law in Springfield, MA. She is a member of the New York State Bar and the Health Care Compliance Assn.

Mike Mclaughlin

Mike Mclaughlin is Dell’s Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer and a Legal Vice President who leads the following global functions at Dell: employment law, employment litigation, ethics, compliance, privacy and knowledge assurance.
Prior to joining Dell in 2000, Mike was at Rohm and Haas Company (now a part of Dow Chemical Company) and Morgan, Lewis and Bockius. Mike graduated summa cum laude from Washington and Lee University School of Law and clerked for the Honorable Judge James L. Latchum, United States District Court, District of Delaware.

Sabine Zindera

As Vice President at Siemens AG in Corporate Legal and Compliance, Sabine manages and coordinates Siemen's relationships with international and non-governmental organizations around the world.
In addition, she also supports the New York-based United Nations Global Compact, works with the Commission on Corporate Responsibility and Anti-corruption of the International Chamber of Commerce in Paris, represents Siemens in the World Economic Forum's Pact Against Corruption Initiative in Switzerland, and manages Siemens' relationship with Transparency International.
Since 2009, Sabine has headed the USD 100 million Siemens Integrity Initiative, which supports organizations and projects that fight corruption and fraud through Collective Action, education and training.
She is a frequent speaker and published author on the topics of “Fighting corruption through Collective Action” and introduced the global strategic stakeholder mapping process.

Seth M. Cohen

Seth is responsible for day-to-day management of the company’s global ethics and compliance program, with a particular focus on ethics and compliance policies, communications and training, and anti-bribery/anti-corruption, conflicts of interest, data privacy and social media issues.
From 2006 to 2012, Seth was Head of Policy and Processes for Zurich Financial Services’ Office of Compliance North America, where he assisted in the development of the regional compliance function and supported Zurich's response to its regulatory settlement agreements. Seth also led the company’s global practice group on competition and antitrust, and provided compliance support to Zurich's alternative asset management group.
Prior to arriving at Zurich, Seth was a manager in the Forensic practice at KPMG from 2001 to 2006, where he conducted investigations and compliance and governance assessments for Fortune 500 companies.
Seth is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. He also has memberships with the Association of Corporate Counsel, the American Bar Association and the Ethics and Compliance Officer Association (ECOA).
Seth is the former chairman of the ECOA’s Financial Services Industry Group.
Seth has also published several articles in external publications and spoken on compliance-related topics at a number of conferences and seminars. Seth is a graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and the George Washington University Law School.

Sharon A. Anolik, Esq., CIPP

Sharon A. Anolik is the Global Privacy Risk and Strategy Leader for McKesson Corporation. Currently ranked 15th on the FORTUNE 500, McKesson is a leading healthcare services and information technology company dedicated to helping its customers deliver high-quality healthcare.
Prior to joining McKesson, she served as Chief Privacy Official and Director of Corporate Compliance & Ethics for Blue Shield of California. There, Sharon was responsible for overseeing privacy, corporate compliance and ethics, records management and legislative compliance administration programs. Sharon directed all ongoing activities related to Blue Shield’s Code of Business Conduct and privacy policies, oversaw compliance and privacy investigations, and was responsible for ensuring that its 4500+ person workforce was trained in privacy and compliance. Blue Shield’s privacy and corporate compliance and ethics programs received external recognition and awards for innovation and effectiveness under Sharon’s leadership.
Previously, Sharon was a privacy specialist in the enterprise risk management practice at Deloitte & Touche LLP, where she advised global companies on privacy issues; provided recommendations regarding compliance with state, federal and international privacy regulations; and enhanced privacy and security processes.
Sharon has also served as associate general counsel and Chief Privacy Officer for Ask Jeeves, one of the leading providers of Web-wide search technologies of its time. As Chief Privacy Officer, Sharon spearheaded Ask Jeeves' practice and policy-making in the areas of privacy and legislative compliance worldwide.
Prior to Ask Jeeves, Sharon served as deputy city attorney for the city and county of San Francisco, and in-house counsel for several technology companies. Sharon also served as a judicial clerk to the California Supreme Court and as an associate in private practice, where she represented numerous corporate and high-tech clients.
A published author, frequent industry speaker and certified information privacy professional, Sharon sits on the privacy advisory boards of several companies.
