Andy Laszlo is a managing partner at 137 Ventures, a technology investment fund located in San Francisco. Previously, Andy was part of the founding management team of bamboo.com which created the first online virtual tour technology and developed eBay’s infrastructure for hosting and managing digital images. He ultimately helped take the company public before spearheading a billion dollar merger with Internet Pictures Corporation (IPIX). Andy also was a partner at VantagePoint Venture Partners, a $2.5 billion venture fund, and a director at Intel Capital. Earlier in his career, Andy practiced as a corporate attorney for more than a decade. Andy holds a master’s degree in business administration from the Haas School of Business, a juris doctor degree magna cum laude from the George Washington University Law School and a bachelor’s degree in English cum laude from Wesleyan University.
