Completing Your COBE

Please review the information below carefully and complete the form on this page to help us process your alumni benefits.

Certificate Recognition Presentation

The COBE recognition presentation is typically held on the final day of your last program. You have the opportunity to make brief remarks about your experience (1–2 minutes) during the presentation if you would like to. Please indicate your preference in the form and we will plan accordingly. 

Your Physical Certificate

If you complete your COBE through an online program, you may choose either:

• A paper certificate holder mailed to you at no cost, or
• A leather padfolio shipped to you at your own expense

If you request a padfolio, you must cover all shipping costs. Let us know if you would like to look into this option and we can help get you an estimate on shipping fees prior to sending your certificate.

If you complete your COBE through an in-person program, you may choose either:

• A leather padfolio, or
• A glass-framed certificate

Both options will be presented to you during the program to take home with you. If you are traveling, we strongly recommend selecting the leather padfolio. The glass frame is large, fragile, and does not fit in a standard carry-on suitcase. 

Please note the glass-framed certificate is not available for shipping.

Alumni Benefits Access

COBE alumni are processed with central campus on a monthly basis. You can expect your alumni benefits onboarding email to arrive during the first week of the month after completion of your final your program.
