Doy  is an executive coach and an instructor of leadership courses, focusing on authentic leadership, presence, communication, storytCharnsupharindrelling and impactful presentations. He coaches executives from around the world and also trains them on how to incorporate coaching techniques into the way they lead their teams and organizations. He is a faculty member at Berkeley Haas, UC Berkeley’s Goldman School of Public Policy, UC Davis’ Graduate School of Management, and Berkeley Executive Education. He has also been a guest lecturer at leading institutions around the world, including Nanyang Business School (Singapore), and the Berlin School of Creative Leadership (Germany). As an executive coach and consultant, Charnsupharindr draws upon his prior professional experiences in management, customer service, business strategy, operations, and product management for the financial services and high technology industry. Today, he is the CEO of the Berkeley Executive Coaching Institute. He continues to coach and lead workshops for some of the largest organizations across the globe, as well as nonprofit and governmental organizations. His passion is helping each person discover their authentic leadership and develop skills to make a positive impact on themselves and on others both in their professional and personal lives.
