Morten T. Hansen

Morten T. Hansen is a management professor at the University of California, Berkeley. Formerly a professor at the Harvard Business School and INSEAD, France, he holds a Ph.D. in business administration from Stanford University.
Professor Hansen is the co-author of the New York Times and Wall Street Journal long-running bestseller Great by Choice and the author of the award-nominated bestselling book Collaboration. His academic research on leadership and organizations has won several prestigious international awards and has been covered by the Wall Street Journal, Business Week, The Economist, Financial Times, Harvard Business Review, among others.
In 2013 and 2015, Morten Hansen was ranked as one of the world’s 50 most influential management thinkers by Thinkers50. Born and raised in Norway, he grew up in Oslo and now lives in San Francisco with his French wife and two daughters.
