Since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, Berkeley Executive Education and Haas School of Business have pioneered the initiative to create executive education training programs online. The new virtual classroom, the Forum, goes beyond the typical Zoom class in both technology and participant experience. With the participant in mind, Berkeley Executive Education and the faculty wanted to create a seamless integrative program experience, which would enable learning, retention, and action. 

Vice President of Digital Initiatives, Julie Shackleton, explained how online programs are the next evolutionary step in learning. Julie says "This is not a short-term, temporary fix for us. This is the way we’re moving".
