The Berkeley Haas Paul J. Cortese Distinguished Professor of Management, Dr. Jennifer Chatman, was recognized with the 2020 Outstanding Publication in Organizational Behavior Award for her paper "Blurred Lines: How the Collectivism Norm Operates through Perceived Group Diversity to Boost or Harm Group Performance."

This award recognizes one paper chosen from among those published in the field of organizational behavior in a particular year by the Academy of Management.

Jennifer Chatman is the Faculty Director for Leading Strategy Execution through Culture and teaches in the Berkeley Executive Leadership Program and the Women's Executive Leadership Program.
