Fill out the form on this page to enroll a group in a program. You’ll need the following information to complete your group enrollment:
- The names and email addresses of your attendees—but don’t worry, we can always add new attendees to an existing group enrollment
- A designated point of contact to help coordinate activities related to the group enrollment
- Some basic information about your organization
- Details pertaining to invoicing and payment
Once we receive your group enrollment submission, we’ll review the details and follow-up with any questions.
What Comes Next?
A member of our finance team will contact you to coordinate payment arrangements. Our group enrollment specialist will also be in touch with information that you can share with your group members.
Group enrollment is subject to program capacity. Submission of a group enrollment does not guarantee space in a program. We welcome enrollments for large groups, but we strongly recommend scheduling a consultation prior to submission in order to ensure that we can accommodate your request.
