Bree Jenkins managed the Leadership Development team at Pixar Animation Studios where she designed and facilitated classes and workshops on Leading Inclusively, Effective Communication, Value of Feedback, Navigating Difficult Conversations, Conflict Resolution, and Trust-Building. She supported Pixar films such as Luca (2021), Turning Red (2022), Elemental (2023), Inside Out 2 (2024) and streaming show Win or Lose (2024).
Bree is also a member of the Professional Faculty team at the University of California, Berkeley Haas School of Business, where she teaches classes such as “Difficult Conversations: Conflict Lab.”
She studied Industrial & Systems Engineering at Georgia Tech and went on to pursue her career in it at Disney. Supporting Resorts, Water Parks, and Cruise Line, she loved making magic for guests from around the world by designing systems that enhanced the guest experience. At Haas, she focused on education and DEI, sitting on the board of the Center for Equity, Gender & Leadership and was a co-liaison for the Consortium. After graduating, she became the founding Head of Operations for Hayward Collegiate, an elementary school she helped open, and completed her coaching certification from Coach Diversity Institute.
