An expert in institutionally complex areas, such as market microstructure and banking, Prof. Parlour researches fintech, digital payments, credit markets, and finance and has served on the Nasdaq Economic Advisory Board and on the steering committee for the New Special Studies of Securities Markets. She holds a BSocSci from University of Ottawa, and an MA and PhD in Economics from Queen’s University.
