Cort Worthington is a lecturer at The University of California Berkeley’s Haas School of Business. He teaches various leadership courses in the Haas full-time MBA program, the Evening Weekend MBA program, and the Haas Undergraduate Business program.
A leadership consultant, Worthington was co-founder of toy company Primordial, LLC, where he raised capital and served as Director of Operations. Prior to teaching at Berkeley, he worked for many years as a film producer, directing documentary crews around the world. He also spent fourteen seasons leading elite teams as a forest firefighter and parachuting U.S. Forest Smokejumper.
