Marco T. Lindsey is the Associate Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business. He was the first African American Chief of Staff at Berkeley Haas, where he has worked and taught for over 17 years. Marco is also a graduate of the Berkeley Executive Education program and is a COBE recipient. In addition to his role at UC Berkeley, he serves as the Principal of MT Lindsey Consulting.

As a consultant, he has collaborated with organizations such as Google, Lyft, Meta, Coinbase, Amazon, Okta, Adobe, Chime, and many others on diversity, equity, inclusion and hiring initiatives. Marco has received congressional recognition from Congresswoman Barbara Lee for his contributions to creating pathways for underserved communities.

His research and teaching centers around Inclusive Leadership, Equitable Feedback and the SimplifIED method of understanding DEI principles. Marco has been a panelist, keynote speaker and workshop leader for dozens of organizations across the world.
