Rajiv Ball is a Partner at THNK, the School of Creative Leadership, and a Continuing Professional Faculty at Berkeley Haas. THNK offers programs that support executives and their organizations to become more innovative. Rajiv is also a Lecturer at the Haas School of Business at the University of California, where he teaches courses on leadership including a core course on building trust-based relationships among executives. In addition, Rajiv works with a number of other clients around the world on the design and delivery of leadership and culture change programs.
Prior to joining THNK, Rajiv was a Partner at McKinsey & Company, where he was responsible for the leadership development of the Firm’s 1,500 Partners globally. In this role, Rajiv led multiple learning program redesign efforts. Before entering the world of leadership development, Rajiv served McKinsey oil and gas and retail clients on a variety of strategy and organization topics.
With an international upbringing – Indian parents, born in the UK, brought up in Zambia and having lived and worked in Ghana, Switzerland and now, The Netherlands – Rajiv’s mission is to enable global leaders and organizations to fully unlock their leadership potential.
Rajiv left university with a PhD from the London School of Economics. He is married and has two daughters and enjoys running, cooking and flying planes in a simulator.
