arohi bhatt is a Learning Experience Designer at Berkeley Executive Education, where she designs custom leadership programs for global organizations in partnership with UC Berkeley Haas faculty. Her work focuses on helping leaders and teams build the capabilities needed to navigate complexity, drive transformation, and lead with impact.
She brings a background in education, social impact, and organizational design, with experience spanning healthcare, entrepreneurship, and civic systems. At Berkeley ExecEd, she architects end-to-end learning journeys—integrating strategy, curriculum design, facilitation, and applied learning—to ensure programs translate into measurable organizational outcomes.
arohi's practice sits at the intersection of systems thinking and human-centered design. She is particularly focused on how AI and learning technology are reshaping what leadership development needs to do-- how programs must evolve to build judgment and adaptive capabilities to enable lasting behavioral change and culture shift.
arohi earned her MBA from UC Berkeley Haas as a Consortium Fellow. She has a long-standing practice in yoga and somatic facilitation, which informs her approach to embodied leadership and performance under complexity.
