Diana Rouge joined UC Berkeley Executive Education as a Social Media Manager in 2026. With more than fifteen years of experience across tech software, ecommerce, publishing, and the cosmetics industry, she has built her career around strategic storytelling and meaningful community engagement across social platforms. She began her career as a cosmetics artist, where she quickly discovered a talent for communication and product promotion—especially as social media emerged as a powerful channel for connection. She thrives in the dynamic, fast‑evolving landscape of digital communication, where the rapid exchange of ideas and the opportunity to reach global audiences continually inform and inspire her work.
A San Francisco native, Diana earned her B.A. in Radio and Television Broadcasting from San Francisco State University, where she focused on Social Theory and Critique. She later completed a certification in Social Media and Digital Marketing from the SFSU College of Extended Learning, and then went on to become a certified EKG Technician through the City College of San Francisco health program. Beyond her professional roles, she is committed to dog rescue, Type 1 diabetes advocacy, reading two to three books at any given moment, and traveling around the world in search of culture, connection, and inspiration.
