Ellen Trader is the VP of Growth of UC Berkeley Executive Education, overseeing a wide range of functions, including marketing, sales, partnerships, custom and open enrollment development, all with the overarching objective of driving sustainable growth.
Previously, she spent 10 years at the Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota as the Assistant Dean and Chief Learning Officer for Carlson Executive Education. In addition, she led the Carlson Analytics Lab, guiding student teams to solve real problems for corporate clients leveraging data analytics tools and techniques. And she taught several graduate-level courses in Agile project management, and problem-solving.
Prior to working at the Carlson School, Ellen spent over 15 years in various strategy and marketing roles with Target, Unilever, and Gap, Inc. She has an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and a BA from Emory University.
In her free time, you can find her outdoors hiking, skiing, or playing tennis.
