As Director of Product Design at Berkeley Executive Education, Emily Odenberg leads the strategy and evolution of executive learning experiences for a global audience of senior leaders. Over nearly a decade at Berkeley, she has shaped a diverse portfolio of custom and open enrollment programs in partnership with faculty, enterprise clients, and global participants. She operates at the intersection of academic rigor and execution—designing experiences that are both intellectually grounded and immediately relevant in practice.

Emily is particularly interested in how AI and emerging technologies are reshaping executive education, with a focus on building more adaptive, personalized, and scalable learning experiences for today’s leaders.
