Heidi has over 13 years of survey and data administration experience. She is motivated by outstanding customer service and collaborating with Haas Faculty and Berkeley Executive Education staff to deliver program participant reports and internal metrics.
Heidi worked as a Project Manager and System Administrator at Cisco Systems Inc. and the Monterey Institute of International Studies prior to Berkeley Executive Education. She holds a BA from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and a Masters from the Monterey Institute of International Studies.
In her free time, she enjoys laughing and having adventures with her children, being outdoors, walking, and spending time with extended family and friends.
