Kat joined the Berkeley Executive Ed team as a Learning Technology Manager in 2024. Prior to that, she spent six years working in ed tech, focused on learning technology training, support, and instructional design. She earned her Master’s in Educational Multimedia from Cal Poly Pomona in 2020 and she is driven to improve learning experiences, tech implementation, and computer literacy. Most recently, Kat worked at a nearby high school as an instructional technologist and LMS specialist, designing ed tech setup and training programs for students and staff.
Kat lives in San Francisco with her husband and their cat, Sniffles. When she’s not on campus, she's most likely watching the latest true crime documentary or going to farmer's markets and other community events.
