Kimberly brings extensive experience partnering with global brands to support human capital management, leadership and learning, and, most recently, corporate social responsibility. As a Haas alum, she is thrilled to join the Berkeley Executive Education team. Her goal is to consistently deliver client-centric programs that foster future-focused leaders who can leverage Berkeley’s unique blend of research, thought leadership, and practical tools and best practices delivered by our world-renowned faculty.

Kim understands the transition from a VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) to a BANI (Brittle, Anxious, Nonlinear, Incomprehensible) environment, with AI at the forefront. As a lifelong learner, she is laser-focused on creating experiences that help learners (and leaders) become their best selves and achieve their personal and corporate goals while remaining mindful of their global impact.

Kim's professional experience spans a successful early career in commercial real estate supporting Silicon Valley start-ups, followed by a pivot to technology account management at Gartner and Workday, both Fortune 500 global brands. Her most recent roles included opportunities at unicorn companies like ExecOnline and Benevity, where she contributed to their growth in executive education, corporate social responsibility, and employee engagement.

She is UC-educated, with an undergraduate degree in Law and Society from UCSB, and also benefited from the Berkeley-Haas School of Business Executive MBA (EMBA) program. Her alignment with Haas’ defining leadership principles is a lifelong pursuit, with a special emphasis on “beyond yourself” — leading ethically and responsibly.

Kim is passionate about lifelong learning and development. She and her husband, Tom (who is also a Cal alum), reside in Pleasanton with their daughters. They are grateful for their experience in a public K-12 Spanish dual immersion program for their two daughters which embraced other cultures and global perspectives. In her free time, you will often find her watching sports, hiking, traveling, or connecting with others in her community.
