Mimi (Tra Mi) Le is a seasoned HR Business Partner and Learning Professional passionate about training. She brings international experience demonstrating a blend of strategic and tactical business partnering within a fast paced, highly matrixed environment. Mimi has a proven track record of delivering and sustaining global talent management and leadership development initiatives, building and maintaining key stakeholder relationships and influence, building HR departments, and developing succession plans and onboarding/orientation programs. Her past success is in upskilling large-scale workforces, driving change, continuous process improvement, and operational excellence across diverse industries and multinationals within the UAE, Italy, and the USA.
Before joining UC Berkeley Center for Executive Education, Mimi was the Learning Project Manager for YPO, Inc., a premier leadership network for chief executives to engage, learn, and grow, as well as the Founder of ML Partners, which offers consulting services for small- and medium-sized enterprises in HR and L&D. Prior to assuming these roles, Mimi worked for General Electric Co. (GE) in Strategy Development, Business Consulting, Learning and Development, and Team Management and Operations, as well as served as the Head of Human Resources for Samsung Electronics’ Dubai, UAE subsidiary.
In her free time, she enjoys traveling, trying new foods and drinks and learning about other cultures and customs.
