The Learning Journey
The Berkeley Executive Education Chief Technology Officer (CTO) Program strengthens your technology leadership through expert-led sessions, case studies, and collaborative exercises. The curriculum spans three core modules, each featuring insights from guest speakers, alongside dedicated short courses on data strategy and AI. The program culminates in a capstone project, in which you develop a road map for your organization’s technology strategy.

Capstone Strategy Project
Throughout the CTO Program, you will develop a capstone strategy project. Guided by an industry expert, you will participate in interactive group coaching sessions designed to encourage in-depth discussion and practical application.
Global Leadership Campus Immersion
Engage in a three-day on-campus immersion in Silicon Valley that combines faculty perspectives, peer collaboration, and hands-on application. Through focused discussions and reflection, you will examine leadership challenges with fellow executives and industry experts.
