Program Enrollment

How much time can I expect to spend on coursework each day?

We know that time away from the office is precious, so we work hard to make our program experiences as productive and valuable as possible. Our programs span full business days starting between 8:30-9:00 a.m. and running through 5 p.m. with lunch served in the classroom and short breaks throughout the day.

Approximately 1-2 hours of evening activities and preparation for the next day are required for some programs. Please refer to the individual program sample schedule for more detail.

How do I enroll in a program?

Enrolling in any one of our programs is simple:

  • Click on the "enroll" button on the program page
  • Create an account or log in to our customer portal

To qualify for a certificate of completion, a participant must meet the minimum requirements as noted for each program and maintaining at least 80% attendance/engagement in the program.

Do I need a visa to attend a program?

For most international participants, a B1/B2 visa—for participation in scientific, educational, professional, or business conventions, conferences, or seminars—is required for entry into the United States to attend a program with us.

Requesting and receiving a visa takes time and we recommend beginning the process three or four months in advance of the start date of a program.

When applying for a visa, you can ask your Program Manager to prepare an invitation letter to help with your visa application. It is important to emphasize that the visit is for business purposes.

The Visa Waiver Program is available to citizens or nationals from select countries. Check the Department of State website to determine your eligibility and learn about the waiver process.

Can groups or teams attend your programs together?

We encourage teams to go through our programs together, so they can quickly apply their learnings to their work. For groups of five or more from the same company attending the same program, participants will receive a 20% discount on the regular tuition cost. Visit our group enrollment page to learn more.

What are my options if a program date is sold out?

Waitlisted program dates are clearly labeled on the program page. Click the "Join Waitlist" button to add yourself to the list. If a program seat becomes available due to cancellations or transfers, wait-listed individuals will be contacted on a first come, first serve basis.

Our programs are limited in size to maximize the participant experience and interaction with faculty, guest speakers, and other participants. Due to this limitation, we often experience sold-out situations, so it's important to enroll and to pay in full early to guarantee your seat in the program.

Can I complete an online program at my own pace?

It depends on the delivery format of the online program. You can find details about the delivery format in the "Format & Structure" section of each program page.
